Children
We LOVE children!! Children are not the church of tomorrow, they are the church of TODAY! From birth thru high school we strive to instill each child with the love of Jesus and the training they will need to live overcoming lives. Every age group is led by people who believe that each child is important and strive to bring out the very best of the talents and giftings that God has given them. We cherish this time with your children and watch with excitement as they take their first steps in a relationship with Christ!
Sunday School: Sunday School is the stepping stone to "The Cornerstone", Jesus Christ. We provide Sunday School Classes for children ages 0 - 18. Wonderful, experienced teachers give of their time, knowledge and love to teach our children every Sunday morning at 9:30.
Nursery: Nursery children (birth - 2 years) are benefiting from curriculum which helps nurture little ones physically, emotionally and spiritually. They learn basic themes - you are wonderfully made, Jesus loves you, your family loves you. Our little ones are taking their first steps in learning about God! The sing songs and learn how to interact with other kids their age. The nursery is provided for all services.
Wee Kids Connection Preschool: Wee Kids Connection (2 years - 5 years) will introduce your child to the men and women of the Bible. Using Bible stories, music, videos and crafts, children will learn cooperation and participation while gaining a solid foundation of our Christian faith using the Read and Share curriculum. Read and Share is a preschool curriculum that engages students while they learn about God thru music, puppets, crafts, bible stories, dvd's, and more. It's easy for teachers and the kids love it!!
SURGE Children's Church: Elementary children (1st Grade through 5th grade) is a service with high energy. SURGE uses curriculum from High Voltage Kids Ministry, a cutting edge and relevant to kids today. Sunday mornings are power-packed with fun, games, Bible stories and kids videos for all ages! Here they will have a worship service that is on their level with singing, prayer, lessons, and games. Through videos, Bible stories, and object lessons children will be taught the complete Word of God. Kids will experience worship on their level. Games are always fun in SURGE! The Bible will come alive in your child's heart and mind. In addition to Sunday mornings, children are able to participate in Upward Sports, Kid's Camp, and Vacation Bible School.
Impact Girls Ministry: Formerly Missionettes, Impact Girls Ministry is designed to teach girls, ages 3 - 12, and is an intense study on Godly women in the Bible with scripture memorization, doctrinal foundations and includes reading the entire Bible. The Impact Girls meet every Wednesday at 7:00.
Boys Night Out: "Reach, Teach and Keep Boys for Christ!" Boys Night Out is designed to teach boys, ages 3 - 12, how to grow physically, spiritually and mentally. Boys Night Out meet every Wednesday night at 7:00.
Bring the family for a free continental breakfast every Sunday morning at 9:00 am before Classes begin. It's a great way to start the day!
